Any order made on this site is secured by the Squarespace system. When you make a transaction on bbqelegant.ca<\/a>, you acknowledge that you are the owner of the credit card used. The billing address and name must match your card. By submitting an order, you agree to accept the delivery of the goods sent and to pay the total amount of the invoice. All the small items we have in stock in store will be shipped to you within 3-5 working days. Any non-stock order will be on order at our suppliers. \nUnassembled barbecues that are in stock will be delivered to you within 5 to 10 business days.
\nThe assembled barbecues will be delivered to you within 3 to 5 working days, depending on your region. The carrier will deliver your barbecue to the desired location.
\nBbqelegant.ca will ship the ordered products to the address indicated in the order confirmation. The address must be located in Canada (no expedition to Nunavut, Northwest Territories and Yukon Territory). \nShipping costs for a product to be refunded are at the customer’s expense.<\/span><\/p>\n

Refund will be based on the original method of payment and will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the item. The refund is subject to inspection of the returned product as to whether it is in keeping with its originality. All products leave our shop and are checked before shipping.<\/span>
\nIt should be noted that there is no return on the articles used, the articles in promotion and liquidation (final sale). All returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them, either in its original packaging.<\/span><\/p>\n

Provide your name, order number and phone number to reach you during the day in all your communications with us. Detailed return instructions and a return authorization number will be provided. \nIf the shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, the returned products must be accompanied by the authorized return number, and the chosen courier service must include a tracking number with signature upon delivery. We are not responsible for lost or delayed returns and suggest service with insurance.<\/span><\/p>\n

We will refund shipping charges for defective products returned to us. However, we do not accept this responsibility until the item is received and confirmed as being in default. We will not refund the shipping costs if the product returned and inspected is not in default. It is important to inspect your package during delivery for any damage to the equipment. All orders leave our warehouse in excellent condition, so it is important to be notified the day of delivery if there has been any damage in the transportation.
